Ruben S. Martin III

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ruben S. Martin III serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of our general partner. Mr. Martin has served in such capacities since June 2002. Mr. Martin has served as President of Martin Resource Management Corporation since 1981 and has served in various capacities within the company since 1974. Mr. Martin holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial management from the University of Arkansas.

Robert D. Bondurant

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert D. Bondurant serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our general partner. Mr. Bondurant has served in such capacities since June 2002. Mr. Bondurant joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in 1983 as Controller and subsequently was appointed Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board of Directors in 1990. Mr. Bondurant served in the audit department of Peat Marwick, Mitchell and Co. from 1980 to 1983. Mr. Bondurant holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.

Randy Tauscher

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Randy Tauscher serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of our general partner. Mr. Tauscher has served as Executive Vice President since November 1, 2007 and as Chief Operating Office since May 2011. Prior to joining Martin, Mr. Tauscher was employed by Koch Industries for over 18 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Koch Carbon Division. Mr. Tauscher earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Kansas State University.

Wesley M. Skelton

Executive Vice President, Controller and Chief Administrative Officer

Wesley M. Skelton serves as Executive Vice President, Controller and Chief Administrative Officer of our general partner. Mr. Skelton has served in such capacities since June of 2002. Mr. Skelton joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in 1981 and has been a Director since 1990. Prior to joining Martin Resource Management Corporation, Mr. Skelton served as Treasurer of First Federal Savings & Loan of Marshall, Texas from January 1977 to January 1981 and was employed by Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. from August 1973 to January 1977. Mr. Skelton holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.

Donald R. Neumeyer

Executive Vice President

Donald R. Neumeyer serves as Executive Vice President of our general partner. Mr. Neumeyer has served in such capacities since June 2002. Mr. Neumeyer joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in March of 1982 as operations manager. Mr. Neumeyer served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer from June 2002 to May 2011. Mr. Neumeyer is currently the President of Cross Oil Refining & Marketing, Inc. From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Neumeyer was employed by Crystal Oil Company of Shreveport, Louisiana as Vice President of Marketing, Refining and Gas Processing. From 1970 to 1978, Mr. Neumeyer was employed by Mobil Oil Corporation in various capacities within its pipeline, crude oil, and gas liquid operations. Mr. Neumeyer holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Chris Booth

Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Chris Booth serves as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of our general partner. Mr. Booth has served in the capacities of Vice President and General Counsel since February 2006 and in the capacity of Secretary since November 2006. Mr. Booth joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in October 2005. Prior to joining Martin Resource Management Corporation, Mr. Booth was an attorney will the law firm of Mehaffy Weber located in Beaumont, Texas. Mr. Booth holds a doctor of jurisprudence degree and a masters of business administration degree from the University of Houston. Additionally, Mr. Booth holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from LeTourneau University. Mr. Booth is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Texas.

C. Scott Massey

Director

C. Scott Massey serves as a member of the Board of Directors of our general partner. Mr. Massey has served as a Director since June 2002. Mr. Massey has been self employed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1998. From 1977 to 1998, Mr. Massey worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in various positions, including, as a Partner in the firm’s Tax Practice - Energy, Real Estate, Timber from 1986 to 1998. Mr. Massey received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a juris doctor degree from the University of Houston. Mr. Massey is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Louisiana and Texas.

Howard Hackney

Director

Howard Hackney serves as a member of the Board of Directors of our general partner. Mr. Hackney has served as a Director since May 2005. Mr. Hackney currently serves as a director of Texas Bank and Trust of Longview, Texas and Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, Texas, where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive and Risk Management Committees. Mr. Hackney is also currently an adjunct faculty member at LeTourneau University Business School in finance and management. His past experience includes service as the President of Texas Bank and Trust of Longview, Texas, President of Bank One of Longview, Texas, President and a director of Merchant and Planters National Bank of Sherman, Texas and Executive Vice President and a director of Capital National Bank of Houston, Texas. Mr. Hackney received a bachelor of business administration and a masters of business administration from Southern Methodist University.

Joe N. Averett

Director

Before being appointed to the Board of Directors of our general partner on June 21, 2010, Mr. Averett was previously on the board of directors of Penn Virginia Corporation and Capital One Mutual Funds. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Gas Storage, Inc., a provider of natural gas storage, from 1985 to 2003. Prior to joining Crystal Gas Storage, Inc., Mr. Averett was the Chief Financial Officer of P&O Falco. Inc., and Langham Petroleum. Mr. Averett was also the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Pennzoil Company. Mr. Averett served in Washington, D.C., as the United States Presidential Executive in the Treasury Department, Office of the Secretary, tasked with economic policy. Mr. Averett holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Texas A&M University.

Charles Henry "Hank" Still

Director

Charles Henry "Hank" Still serves as a member of the Board of Directors of our general partner. Mr. Still has served as a Director since July 2010. Mr. Still is a partner and head of the Houston corporate practice group in the law firm Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, having more than 40 years of experience in multiple aspects of corporate law. Prior to joining Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP in 2008, Mr. Still was an associate and partner in the law firm Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. from 1968 until his retirement in 2008. Mr. Still is currently on the board of directors of OYO Geospace Corporation. Mr. Still holds a jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Texas Tech University. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law.

Matt Yost

Senior Vice President - Terminalling & Storage

Matt A. Yost serves as Senior Vice President of Terminalling and Engineering. Mr. Yost has served in such capacities since May 2010. Mr. Yost joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in 1982 as project engineer. He has served as General Manager of Terminalling and Vice President of Terminalling since June 2002. Mr. Yost served as process engineer for Longview Refining Company from 1980 to 1982. Mr. Yost holds a bachelor of chemical engineering degree from the University of Arkansas.

Bob Dunn

Senior Vice President - Natural Gas Services

Robert E. Dunn is Senior Vice President and founder of Prism Gas Systems I, L.P. Prism is a midstream acquisition company that was created in January 2000 in partnership with Natural Gas Partners. In November 2005, Prism was sold to Martin Midstream Partners L.P. Prior to founding Prism, Mr. Dunn was Vice President of gathering and processing for UPFuels. Prior to managing the gathering and processing business, Mr. Dunn had numerous financial roles with Union Pacific Resources and Occidental Oil and Gas Company. Mr. Dunn began his career at Brown & Root, a major engineering and construction company. Mr. Dunn received his masters of business adminstration from Harvard Business School in 1975 and is a 1973 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor of science in civil engineering. Mr. Dunn is the past president of the Gas Processor’s Association.

Ed Grimm

Senior Vice President - Marine

Edward H. Grimm III has served as the Senior Vice President, responsible for Martin Marine, since his arrival at Martin Resource Management Corporation in June of 2006. Mr. Grimm’s 30 year energy career includes leadership roles in Marine, Pipeline and Truck Transportation, Petroleum Terminals, Product Supply, Trading and Marketing with the firms; Houston Marine Service, HMS Fuels, Fuel Oil Supply and Terminals, Inc., and New England Petroleum. Mr. Grimm served in the U.S. Coast Guard following OCS with two shipboard assignments, one as Commanding Officer. Mr. Grimm graduated from the State University of New York with a bachelor degree in Chemistry.

Mike Lawrence

Vice President - Sulfur Services

Michael W. Lawrence serves as Vice President of Sulfur Services. Mr. Lawrence has served in this capacity since May 2011. Mr. Lawrence joined Martin Resource Management Corporation in 2008 as general manager of sulfur. Prior to joining Martin Resource Management Corporation, Mr. Lawrence was employed by Koch Industries, Inc. as general manager of the Koch Sulfur Products division and in various other capacities focusing on the trading and transportation of bulk chemicals and materials. Mr. Lawrence holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Kansas.
